2KMnO4+ 5H2O2+ 3H2SO4→K2SO4+2MnSO4+8H2O+5O2

Mn is reduced from +7 to +2 and behaves as a oxidizing agent

H2O2 gets oxidized to O2 and behaves as a reducing agent.
