Concept we will be using:
i) Y-value of any point which lies on the x-axis is 0.
ii)X-value of any point which lies on the y-axis is 0.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Solution:
Finding the point which lies on the positive y-axis:
We know that x-value of a point which lies on the y-axis is 0.
Then, any point on the y-axis can be represented by (0,y)

Since, the point lies on the positive y- axis, y could be any positive value.

There are infinite points, one of the point is (0, 4)

Finding the point which lies on the x-axis (ox represents positive x-axis):
We know that y-value of a point which lies on the x-axis is 0.
Then, any point on the x-axis can be represented by (x,0)

Since, the point lies on the positive x- axis, x could be any positive value.

There are infinite points, one of the point is (5, 0)

Answer :
Point on positive y-axis: (0, 4)   [Any point (0,y) will be on y-axis]
Point on positive x-axis: (5,0)    [Any point (x,0) will be on x-axis]
