a. Right to equality which provides for no discrimination on the basis of sex and equal opportunities for women.

b. Right against exploitation which prevents human trafficking, particularly women for immoral purposes. Right against exploitation also bans child labour, where no body can be employed below the age of 14.

c. Right to education which provides for free and compulsory education for children upto the age of 14.
