  1. Mass: The mass of an object is same everywhere. It does change based on the location. Weight: The weight of an object depends on the location and effect of gravity.
  2. Mass: Mass is measured in Kilograms(kgs). Weight: Weight is measured in Newton(N).
  3. Mass: It has only magnitude so, it is a scalar quantity. Weight: It has both magnitude and direction so, it is a vector quantity.
