1.Political Excecutive includes those persons who are elected by the people.While on the other hand permanent Executive includes those persons who are appointed by any centre or state body.

2.Poiltical Excecutive includes Ministers of both centre and state while as permanent Excecutive includes (Civil servants ).

3.Poiltical Excecutivr is responsible to people for all his decisions but a permanent Excecutive is not responsible to people directly.
