The Rural areas are those who are having less facilities of Education, electricity, road, communication etc but usually the rural areas are controlled by Panchayats and having sarpanchs . Whereas the urban is total opposite and having all facilities and mucipality type of government at lower level were the mayor or counselor​ is selected in place of Sarpanc

in urban area they have paka house made of bricks and cement and in Rular area they have kacha house made up of mud and brick.
in urban are there proper facilities for people and in Rular are the don't have proper facilities
