• At first, we have to check if you have a 'fire extinguisher, and first aid kit', a 'battery-powered radio',' a flashlight, and extra batteries' at home.
• Learn how to do first aid.
• Learn how to 'turn off the gas', water pump, gas oven, electric meters.  
• Never hide under heavy tables during earthquake.  

After an Earthquake, we have to do these things. These things are:

• First, we have to check yourself and others for injuries. If someone has injuries, provide them first aid for who needs it.
• Check water pipes,gas lime and electric meters for damage. If anything is damaged, we have to shut down the valves.  
• We have to stay out of the damaged buildings.

During the earthquake, we have to do these things. The things are:

• First, you have to stay calm! If you're in the room, please stay inside. If you're outside, stay outside.
• Don't use matchbox,or candles. Don't use broken gas lines.  
• If you're in a car, 'stop the car and stay inside' the car until the 'earthquake stops'.
• Don't use elevators and lift(they'll be stuck anyway). That's why we need to use stairs.
