Hey Mate,

First let us write the given numbers 0.3 and -0.5 in the fractional form.

0.3 = 3/10

-0.5 = -5/10

Now, n = 3 ( where n = the number of rational numbers to be found )

n + 1 = 4

We therefore multiply the given fractions with 4/4.

3/10 x 4/4 = 12/40

-5/10 x 4/4 = -20/40

Now, we can choose any three rational numbers between these two fractions, say:- 11/40, 10/40 and 9/40.

10/40 can be simplified as 1/4.

Therefore, three rational numbers between the numbers 0.3 and -0.5 are:-

11/40,1/4 and 9/40

Hope it Helps!
