cactus have top roots which penetrate deep sand for absorbing ground water.

The leaves of cactus small or converters to spines to prevent transpiration .

In all the fishes the head and tail portions are smaller than the middle portion that is the body taper at both the ends. This shape of the body provides least resistance to fish when they swim in the water .

second we have lungs which is an organ of respiration similarly fishes have gills for respiration they utilise oxygen dissolved in water and release carbon dioxide into water.
