growth is usually used in physical development whereas development includes growth , but also includes other aspects of improvement

at first growth starts from when life begins growth was also happening when baby is in mothers womb while development is said to be done when something new begins or it can be called as second stage of growth
and the second that non living things such as mountains also show growth as visually but it can't be called as it is developed basically the conclusion is that growth is the practical happenings while development occurs internally
