-Binary fission involves production of only 2 daughters cells.
-Multiple fission involves production of many daughter cells.
-Binary fission involves the division of cytoplasm and nucleus simultaneously.
-Multiple fission divides into nuclei and then cell is formed.

1 nucleus divided into two nuclei
2 when one mature cell splits into two daughters cells ,the process is called binary fission

multiple fission

1 one cell divided into many cells
2 when a cell produces many daughter cell  ,the fission is called multiple fission
