• The Goods Which is brought to the retailer by the middle person or things,and that person is know as middle man.
• For Example=> Goods from company get transport by truck, train and then to a person who brought that goods to retailer.

Goods=>

• Goods is Manufactured by a company or industry by using machinery and labours by using raw materials.
• For Example=> Sugercane is raw material which is used to manufacture suger with the help of machine.
