There are two very important factors that are responsible for the deterioration, one is the multi party and factional system of Indian politics due to which political agents ruin the country with national slogans and create hooligans.

The second problem is that, the people do not have proper education and health facilities due to which they cannot use their proper discretion to vote properly. Hence the country suffers.
