People with knowledge and intelligence will leave the place they are staying to get good opportunities for their family, life, and carrier. This type of migration of intellectual people from one place to another place is called 'Intellectual Migration'.

Measures can be taken to stop intellectual migration are:

1. Providing schools for the children with better infrastructures and facilities like labs, libraries, play ground, best education to improve their knowledge.
2. Government has to create more jobs in order to retain the intelligent people back in the country. It has to ensure that employment is created every year for Graduates. And also government has to provide basic facilities like shelter, food, children education etc., for its employees.
