Poor decision making can be caused by the owner who is the only one who manages and runs the business and also makes decisions about the company on their own . if the matter ends up to be complex, the owner may fail to make a good decision because they have no external input or advise from external sources who have similar interests in growing the business regarding issues about the business.
2. Separation from the owner is difficult therefore making continuity of the business difficult if something was to happen to the owner because they dealt with matters regarding the business on their own.
