1)the incident ray must be parallel to the principle axis and the reflected ray must pass through the focus of the curvature.

2)the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection.

3)the distances above principle axis taken as positive and below values as negative and in the direction of the incident ray taken as positive opposite to the incident ray is negative.
