The problem lies in the government’s inability to manage funds and raise public awareness, and also in the people’s attitude towards cleanliness. As students, we should actively participate in cleanliness drives and encourage everyone to join in. People should use the public facilities to dispose waste and try to keep their surroundings as clean as possible. This way, the Clean India Campaign will truly become a success.
