As of my personal opinion, I hate copying down the same words which are already printed in the text book.
For me, as I have seen, many of the students just copy down there homework watching TV or watching some episodes of GOT now a days. If people say that writing things make them easy to be remembered, then this is absolutely wrong.
Then, it also wastes your time. In the same time, you can complete your one chapter in the amount of time or copying it.
It also keeps you away from physical and mental happiness like you can't play with your friends outside of you have a lot of work to be done. It also makes you frustrated.

1. We can't study the extra knowledge of things because we have to do a lot of hw.
2. Due to a lot of hw students feel a burden on them and become irritated.
this affects their nature and mind.
3. If we don't give students hw then they will feel more comfortable, relaxed and fresh. They will sit on their own and study creative things related to their subjects.
