C.K Janu an adivasi activities states that the government is one of the violators of this law as government has declared some forest as reserved forest or as centuries.Some business mans as Timber merchants Paper Mills etc exploited tribal land to set up factories.

She as the authorities that when tribals have already been affected and cannot go back to their lands they must be compensated.They must be provided resistance and work is there but when government bill industrial or other projects on land second from the tribals they should pay for the rehabilitation of the tribals.
