There are different ways through which workers express their demands. Among the ways includes boycotts and strikes.To some extend strikes are effective in expressing their demands though they also have their negative sides.Bureacracy to some extend is not efficient in channelling demands by workers but with strikes the demands are aired effectivelly.Strikes allow for very little time for actions to be taken towards demands instead of having to write down the demands and forward to the authority which may take ages. Though to some extend effective,strikes tend to waste useful resources which could otherwise been used in a constructive manner in production.
