Two main limitation on the president are :-

1. By the council of ministers :-

• He exercise his power on the advice of council of minister.
• There is the prime minister and council minister to aid an advise the president in the exercise of his power.
• amendment act of 1976 provide that the president must act on the advice of prime minister.

limitation due to parliament:-

• The parliament exit some limitation on the power of the president.
• The proclamation of an emergency e approved by the parliament and declared by the president.
• If the parliament does not approve it become null and void.
