HERE IS YOUR ANSWER....

Every time an eraser gets any attention, it loses some of itself. That must make it want to be very anti-social. It must avoid being used, or it will wear away to nothing. But without being used, it has no purpose in life, so it wants to be used. But it will wear. But its purpose!! Erasers must always be very conflicted and confused. How many of its friends and family has it seen wear away to nothing? Is it scared? Curious? Excited? (Emotions are a great human characteristic). Perhaps something unexpected happens. Do its shavings become baby erasers? What happens if someone breaks it in half? Does it become two people? Die? Communicate with its other half telepathically? Do erasers believe in an afterlife?
