Migratory birds fly hundreds and thousands of kilometres to find the best ecological conditions and habitats for feeding, breeding and raising their young. When conditions at breeding sites become unfavourable, it is time to fly to regions where conditions are better.

migratory birds fly always from cold to warm places when its winter its another alternative of hibernation..when its winter they search for places that matches with their body temperature and that is why they simply do not go in a too much of hot places..when time is over they are again back home in their normal summers..
hence:
unlike any other animals(except those hibernate) their body temperature remains the same throughout the year.
