After the revolt of 1857 the unity among the people of India got developed and people started understanding the idea of freedom. Newspaper also became nationalist during that time which developed a sense of collecting identity. By this time people are not playing roles individually but in a collective manner. As unity increased people started revolting for their country and the feeling of nationalism spreaded out  to each and every part of the country.
