without pollination obviously there would no be any seed production and hence no reproduction. As reproduction is inevitable for suvival of species, pollination is the only way for reproduction.

As we know that angiosperms are vascular plants, with true roots, shoots and leaves. They are also called flowering plants. In anthers, pollen grains are produced, they move to the female reproductive part, ovule to be specific, with the help of pollination.

Pollination is an important part of the life cycle of a flowering plant. Pollen grains can be transferred to other plants or soils, sometimes miles away with the help of insects, air etc.

So it can be said that Pollination helps in the reproduction of plants.
