It has been a long time since you wrote a letter to me. I am quite worried about your health. 

I am aware of all your diseases and that is why I get really anxious when I do not get any news from you. I hope you are taking all your medicines on a regular basis. I also set up an appointment with your local doctor and she will be visiting you this Saturday for a checkup. I hope that you are also following your diet religiously. With a good diet, medicines and a little bit of exercise you will be totally fit and fine.
