1.They are non-vascular organisms. They do not have vascular system.
2.Xylem and Phloem are absent.Fungi have cell walls.
3. Most fungi are heterotrophic .
4. Reproduction of fungi takes place by Vegetative means of fragmentation, budding or fission.
