A neutralization reaction occurs between an acid and base that forms salt and water.

HCl + NaOH ---> NaCl + H2O

A precipitation reaction is a type of chemical reaction in which two salts in aqueous solution combine and one of the products is an insoluble salt called a precipitate.

AgNO3 + NaCL ---> AgCl + NaNO3

Answer:

Explanation: Double Displacement reaction is a process in which two new compound are formed by exchange of ions .

for eg : BaCl2 + Na2So4 ----> BaSo4 + NaCl

 2. NaOH + HCl -----> Nacl + H2

Neutralization reaction : When strong acid and strong base react with each other then they gives salt and water

 for eg : NaOH + HCl -----> Nacl + H2

Pecpitation reaction : the reaction in which a insoluble substance is formed in the solution is known as pecpitation reaction .

For eg :

BaCl2 + Na2So4 ----> BaSo4 + NaCl

here , Barium sulphate(BaSo4) is a white ppt .

the above both examples are the examples of double displacement reaction because the compound is formed by exchange of ions.
