Answer,

The mode of  governance and civilization in Tanzania is known as ''Ujammaa '' .

In this context ujamaa means  socialist .Unlike other African nations , The founding father of Tanzania Julius Kambarage  Nyerere heeded  to the call of Dr .Kwame Nkurumah to form an African mode of governance that was to convert to the existing African norms.

In my opinion I interject the fact that the rulers and the ruled in Tanzania have achieved a social contract in the following ways;

•Land in Tanzania is owned by all people .There is no buying and selling of land ,whereby any person who thinks about developing a parcel pays land rates  to the government and proceeds with the plans .

• Education in Tanzania  is done collectively by the government through a kitty made by collections  from tax.Unlike other African nations whereby education is done on cost sharing by the government and the parents .

•Tanzania is also governed by the socialist party CCM , whereby  its current party leader inherited it from former president of the same party .

•Distribution of resources is based on families unlike other nations where it relies on typical details , like the population and tax contribution.

Finally my cross examination is that this form of civilization  has  reinforced social cohesion but killed  the economy unlike other 's that emulate the same an example of Russia .
