yes that is true..they are not useful..nowadays they are used only to make the students stress to go in the level of peaks...actually the main reason for the exam is to know how the student has understood the subject and try to develop the general knowledge in students...but now exams are only to create competition between students and only to get high marks they are studying

But the real question is .....Are they really that troublesome??
First and foremost thing is that exams are the most important aspect in a student's life.....
Well.....what's the point of studying when you don't know how much you have learned or gained knowledge throughout the session and that's for what exams are....
And about its usefulness.....
Exams are not all about report cards.
Exams are for knowing how much you actually have "learned"...

whether you were sleeping in
their periods or not.
