Answer:

Commutative property is under Addition and multiplication.

Addition :- If a and b are two rational numbers then a+b = b+a

Multiplication :- If a and b are two rational numbers then a x b = b x a

The word "commutative" comes from "commute" or "move around". So no matter in which order you add or multiply the result is same

Example = 4+5 = 9, is same as 5+4 = 9

4x5 = 20, is same as 5x4 = 20
