Dear Parent
 
Please refer to our email dated informing you about the low attendance of your ward,
 
His teachers have been in constant touch with you, and have apprised you of the situation from time to time. Yet, we have found no improvement in the attendance of the student, nor in his academic performance.
 
However, inspite of regular reminders (phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails), continues to be lower than that required for being eligible to appear for the CBSE examination in March .
 
Moreover, Your ward has been absent from school, despite his academic performance being consistently poor, that too without any leave application. He has also not been attending any remedial classes to improve her performance inspite of being advised by the teachers to do so.  Again, ignoring our advice to take Improvement Tests / Test on Demand in all subjects, he has failed to take the tests in the subjects in which he is doing
