SPL: Sir, we are celebrating our school’s annual day function on the 21th of this month. I would like to invite you to preside over the function. Our Headmaster has given me this letter to be given to you.
Collector: Well, that is a Saturday, isn’t it? I shall be glad to be a part of the occasion. But, I can spare only an hour.
SPL: The timing is from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm. I hope that will not be a problem.
Collector: Akash, I will make myself available from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
