write correct sequence of  four steps of method for the preparation of temporary mount of a stained leaf peel .

The correct sequence is :
1.Carefully pull out the thin membranous transparent layer from lower epidermis.
2.Drop it in the water in a Petridish and add a drop of Safranin stain.  
3.Transfer the stained peel to the clean glass slide and add a drop of glycerine.
4.Cover the material with the cover slip.

This is a correct sequence of the preparation of a temporary mount of a stained leaf peel:

- Take out a piece if thin peel from the lower side of the leaf

- Use safranine to stain the peel

- In order to remove extra stain, wash it with water

- Now put a drop of glycerin on the slide and then put the leaf peel over it

- Now cover the peel with a cover slip  

- Observe under microscope
