1) Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority,MMRDA has signed an agreement with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation,DMRC for the complete implementation of Metro -6 corridor.
2) As per the agreement,DMRC will execute the project,on behalf of MMRDA.
3) It will invite bids and assign contractor for execution of civil work and for procurement of system and services required for the project.
4) The entire 14.5- kilometers long . Metro -6 corridor,costing about 5,490- crore Rupees will have 13 stations.

5). Frances Parliament has approved a law banning all exploration and production of oil and natural gas by 2040 within the country and it's overseas territories.

1). Former Punjab Agricultural Minister,Gurdev Singh Badal passed away at the Dayanand Medical College and Hospital on 28 March after a prolonged illness.
2). Alongside,Navjot Singh Sidhu was sworn in as a cabinet Ministers of Punjab.
3). Punjab electoral authorities formulated special action plan to contain drugs in elections.
4). With this initiative, Punjab became the first Indian state to provide free treatment to confirmed cases of Hepatitis C.
5). The Punjab Government has released Rs.90 lakh for the construction of an ultra modern cattle pond at a village called kalan in Jalandhar district.
