The Food colours are the edible colours which are used in making dish .

They are of different different colours.

They don't cause any harm to us.

They are edible means they can be taken by us , without any worries.

These colours are derived from natural vegetation.

We can use it in both domestic and commercial use .

Some of the food colours are as follows :

• Carmine (E120), a red dye derived from the cochineal insect, Dactylopius coccus. Elderberry juice (E163)

• Annatto (E160b), a reddish-orange dye made from the seed of the achiote. 

• Caramel coloring (E150a-d), made from caramelized sugar.
