Answer:Reflex action is the sudden action that occurs without thinking.

There is therefore no requirement of brain only spinal cord and nervous system are necessary components in this action.

Explanation: The receptors present in our helps to carry on the immediate response.

If we touch any hot pan then the receptors present in our skin(thermo receptors ) help to take theses signals to sensory neurons which is then carried to spinal cord->relay neuron-> motor neuron or effector (it is a muscle in arm).This then gives the information to neurons present in our hand and we get an immediate response towards the situation. This makes us to withdraw our hand over candle and prevent it from burning.
