Write diary entry About a theft you have witnessed in a shop​

Dear diary,

I am in shock... today I just witnessed a theft at a shop. Well I couldn't really do anything as I was on the other side of the road but I did witness the theft. So, as I was walking do the street I saw a man in a hooded jacket and I just thought that he was sad and depressed so I just carried on. But a few minutes later the alarm bell went off when I was walking home and I saw the man again carrying A LOT of food. Well there was nothing I could do about that. Maybe I could report to the police but I wouldn't really be any help. So, well that was a heck of a day.
