Difference between Heat and work
Work:-
In heat Macroscopic pushes and pulls.
In work are Interaction Mechanical.
A system is in mechanical equilibrium when there is no net force or torque on it.
Heat :-
•In work Microscopic collisions.
•In heat Interaction are Thermal.
•A system is in thermal equilibrium when it is at the same temperature as the environment.
