Light Reaction (involves the sun) (Light dependent reaction)
- converts sunlight into chemical energy such as ATP and NADH+H
- Oxygen is released for us to breather and Hydrogen is used for different purposes of the leaf

Dark Reaction (Doesn't involve the sun) (Light independent reaction)
- Doesn't use the sunlight but uses the ATP and NADH+H plus CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) that we breathe and fuses to make sugar or starch
