- Flatworms are members of the Phylum: Platyhelminthes
- Do not have a body cavity and therefore the three cell layers are not separated.
- Flatworms have a one-way digestive tract. Waste is taken in and expelled through the same passage.
Round worms :-
- Roundworms are the members of the Phylum: Nematoda

- Roundworms have a two-way tract, with a mouth and anus.
