Let the two integers be x and y then

EQUATION 1 => x+y = -11

EQUATION 2 =>x-y = -8

NOW ADDING EQ 1 and 2 we get

2x = -19

x = -19/2

NOW PUTTING VALVE OF X IN EQUATION 1 we get

x + y = -11

-19/2 + y = -11

y = -11 + (19/2)

y = -(3/2)
