Explanation:

Electric flux is given by EACosx.

where x is angle between area vector and electric field

And electric field is KQ/r^2

on put value of electric field in flux equation

Flux=kQACosx/r^2 (rî).

(rî) for vectorial representation

Hope it helps you....

 \huge \boxed{answer} \\  \\  \\   \sf {\boxed {\boxed{\phi \:  =  \: ES \: cos \theta}}} \\  \\  \phi \:  = electric \: flux \\ E \:  =  \: electric \: field \: intensity \\ S \:  =  \: surface \: area
