Environmental degradation is a serious threat to all life forms and we must be concerned about it. One of the main reason for degradation of environment is the overgrowing population. Due to this, resources are exploited and over used. If this continues, there will be no resources left for the future generations.

To meet human needs, large number of products are made in factories and industries due to which smokes and harmful chemicals are released leading to the pollution of air, soil and water.

To solve the issue of environmental pollution, one important way is to practice reforestation. The 3R's must also be introduced in our daily lives, that is, reduce, reuse and recycle.
