1.Money bill can be introduced in parliament only the president prior recommendation.
2 President causes to be led before the parliament the union budget.
3.No demand for a grant can be made expect on President recommendations.
4 President constitutes a finance commission after every 5 years.
5.It os recommended to the distribution of revenue between the centres and states.

3.The annual financial statement is also laid by the president.
4.The president can authorize withdrawal of advances from Contingency of India to meet unforeseen expenditures.
