1. subsistence crisis : once upon in a severe winter the harvest of wheat was not good so the price of bread rose rapidly and the condition of third estate was not good .the peasants had no enough money to buy bread .
and Louis xvi impose more taxes also .

2. role of philosophers : philosophers also played very important role in French revolution .
they motivated the people of France by writing some books .

like montesque had written the spirit of law etc.

3. division of French society : French society was divided into 3 estates :

first estate : they enjoyed all the privileges and they didn't pay taxes .

second estate : they also enjoyed certain privileges and also didn't pay taxes

third estate: they didn't enjoy privileges and have to pay all direct taxes

4. despotic rule of Louis xvi: Louis xvi ascended the throne in 1789.
he was very despotic ruler and the third estate opposed him and started French revolution .

5. formation of political club : it also played an important role in French revolution as the people of third estate supported this.
