used for the separation of colours of ink it is also used to identify and seperate preservatives and additives added in the food items. It is also used in DNA fingerprinting and bioinformatics it is also used to seperate different amino acids , proteins etc...., The main role is to identify and analyse samples for the presence of trace elements and chemicals its major role is the separation of compounds based on their molecular weight and element composition . Chromatography also detects the unknown compounds and purity of mixture . Chromatography important is growing its important in drugs development .
