Newton's law of motion:

first law: a body at rest will remain at rest and a body in motion will continue in motion in a straight line with a uniform speed ,unless as it is complete and external force due to change in state of rest or uniform motion.

second law: pthe rate of change of momentum of a body is directly proportional to the applied force and take place in the direction of the force acts.

third law: whenever one body exerts a force on another body , the second body surface and equal and opposite force on first body.

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER !!

Newton's first law states that every object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless compelled to change its state by the action of an external force. ... The third law states that for every action (force) in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction.
