there is huge difference between two selection and today's elections because in that time elections were not help properly at a time they used correct form in which safety valve not much as today girl of age of voting was not declared too.But in today's election it is declared as you are not of 18 years then you can put in any condition and also in present time elections are held at a proper time .Those this time election there were not proper address through which we can identify that yes you are age of 18 years or not but in today's elections there is Aadhaar card in which we can't see so there is a huge difference between those time election in today's election. thanks
