☆ADVANTAGES:
1)They contain a large amount of humus which helps for plant's growth
2)They do not affect the soil they make the soil fertile.
☆DISADVANTAGES:
1)They lack in minerals such as nitrogen, potash and phosphoric acid.
2)They are not soluable in water and it takes more time to combine with plants.
FERTILISERS:
☆ADVANTAGES:
1)They fertilisers provide the plant with different minerals such as the nitrogen, potash and phosphoric acid.
2)They are solluable in water and can we be readly taken by the plants.
☆DISADVANTAGES
1)The over-utilisation of the fertilisers may cause soil pollution and as a result the plant may die.
2)over-utilisation of the fertilisers may also pollute the underground water.
